Hi again haha. The only way to really rest your mind is sleep but meditation can help you relax enough to be able to. I recommend laying flat on your back in the dark and starting with some deep breaths where your tummy rises and falls slowly. Then follow that tensing and releasing each muscle individually starting with your feet and moving up to your shins, thighs, hips, tummy arms and hands, shoulders and face muscles until you've completely relaxed all your muscles and focus on your breath. It may help if you have some soothing music on. Hope this helps get you to sleep!
