Eating too much over the holidays. What are some tips to get back on track?
I've lost 45 lbs since May. Been really strict with myself and exercising 6 days a week. We'll, during this week, I've pretty much ruined it for myself and ate things I know aren't good for me. Plus I've only worked out 3 days this week and really wimpy workouts. I think it's the winter season that's making me like this but that's no excuse. Any ideas or tips on how to get back on track? I've punished myself long enough.
