What is the best pocket knife you can buy.

it needs to hold its sharpness and hopefully be mostly metal. I don't want some plastic handle that could break. I want it to be somewhat easy to sharpen but still hold the sharpness once I get it that way.

I carry usa made Kershaw knives. I love the 420 HC stainless steel blades and the speed-safe assisted opening mechanism. The polyimide or nylon handles are not going to break.

Case has been making great pocket knives for decades. Don't know if they're the "best" but you can't go wrong with one of them.
