Diet and exercise will always be the things people and doctors tell you. If you don't want to diet or exercise because that requires a commitment try baby steps first. I just recently lost 30 lbs. One of the simple things I did was drink more water, and quit drinking pop (soda) and lost a ton of water weight. Drink 8 glasses a day as recommended. You know your doing it right when your urine is clear. After I increased my water intake I cut out all fast foods. This can also take a commitment. I also cut out all sweets. If you have a sweet tooth try sugar free jello. Its still sweet with no sugar or calories. Then after I nailed that, I did hard core diet and exercise. I walked and ran my neighbor hood with music in my ears, because its a distraction. You will actually walk/run further with music.
