I don't understand why people want to "learn" how to do the splits. You can't "learn" how. You can't just read and study how and then magically know exactly what to do. I can do the splits just because I'm flexible (I never have to stretch). I don't know which one you are wanting to know how to do either so I'm just gonna guess you want your scissor splits. I would recommend stretching and holding for about 20 minutes. You will know you can do the splits when you can can remove your hands from the ground and let gravity do the trick to pull you and then hold it for 20 seconds. Hope it helps(:
Stretch workout Push yourself and push yourself and push yourself down if you keep doing it every day you and the can do a split then it won't hurt as much b/c you stretching your muscles out. I can do one and that's how I learned.
