Right now - go to the Pharmacist and get a pack of activated charcoal capsules and have three of these immediately. Take another two in about six hours time and and other two twelve hours after that. Charcoal absorbs toxins, purifies and deodorizes your gut contents and will help stabilize that diarrhea. As soon as the shops are open again, phone a Homeopath and make an appointment to discuss your distress. It is important to go over your diet and get some pointers, because I feel your junk food habits are catching up with you. There isn't much we can do at midnight in the festive season with ten feet of snow outside. Your pain is coming from inflamed gut due to that diarrheaPainkillers aren't going to help and may make everything worse because they often irritate the gut. A level teaspoon of bicarb in a glass of pure cool water can help - sip this gradually and your stomach and bowel will calm down. Bicarb is known as sodium bicarbonate or just baking soda (not baking powder!). Nibbling on some crystallized Ginger would begin settling your gut, but it works slowly.

You need an anti-diarrheal so you can sleep. The best thing is Imodium. It's available without a prescription.
Find a 24-hour drugstore like Walgreens, or a 24-hour grocery like Walmart. Take 2 to start with.
Of course there is always the emergency room.

Thnk you for your localized knowledge and I concur with everything you have to say. It's not an emergency situation, but your Imodium and my other suggestions will get dkeena through this night. Then an urgent visit to a health care provider is essential - prefereably one who can give some stern guidance on the dietary causes of this acute mess....

Go to Walgreens & ask the pharmacist for advice on an OTC remedy.
