Does God consider it a sin if a man and woman who were once married get divorced but still have sex with each other periodically?

If you weren't meant to live with him and you divorced him,
I think it's ok because God is directing your life, and knows everything that will happen next. Even if it is a sin God will always forgive you. God bless. P:
