Listen, life's a b.i.t.c.h. It's hard. And don't listen to all those get up right away and fight back stuff. Not everyone is Hercules. No. But take your time. Do some physical activities. Rest a little and refresh yourself. Go to coffee shops and enjoy a little. And meanwhile plan how to get back on your feet. Talk to close friends or family members if you feel close to them. Listen to the stories the elderly have to tell you. They've been there. If you feel that you don't have energy or not ambitious, talk to your doctor. A set back in life can effect the levels of vitamins in your body and in particular, B12 and D. There's help out there in non-profit organizations. Look for some counseling if you feel you need to. Don't stay indoor. Get out and network. Talk to friends and see if they know of any jobs around. But most importantly, look at it as an opportunity. It's an opportunity for you to reevaluate your life and find out what exactly you want to do. Oh yeah, I've been there. So you're not the only one. Don't blame yourself and don't cry over the past. Just learn from your mistakes think about future. Make sure you rest enough. Cheers
We are not sure what happens, but I try to simply get right back up and fight life head-on if no other solutions are available. Otherwise I find side-paths around whatever happened and take them with precision and speed so as not to miss the opportunity.
