I always get stomach aches and nauseated feelings. What's wrong?

sometimes I'm not even eating but I keep getting a nauseas feeling. I've been eating lots of candy and crap, is it cause I get no nutrients? I also get stomach aches along with it. it's happening a lot (evetyday) am I eating too much?

Yeah I agree, give nutritious food a go, and liquids (non carbonated). Stomach pain could be caused by an ulcer, but that doesn't seem likely if you aren't starving yourself. Sometimes discomfort is caused by lactose or gluten intolerance, but doesn't usually make you nauseous, just pain and gas. Indigestion (reflux) can cause pain, but I don't think it's nauseousness either. Yeah, most likely just lack of nutrients. Eating too much sugar can make you less sensitive (ie, you don't feel the sugar spike, because you have so much sugar in your system already). Eating too much (quantity of food in general) is easiest to realize, but yea actually, now that i'm writing it, I suppose it does cause stomach aches AND nauseousness.

Your body is probably rejecting all the junk food. Try lots of celery and apples and see how you feel

I'd say yes, but you should also drink water, if only just to help your body deal with the junk in it. If you're dehydrated anything bad for you is only going to hurt you more, especially a lot of sugar.

I'd suggest keeping a did diary and write down what you've eaten and any reactions, in addition to trying to eat a more balanced diet,
