What's healthier? Fruits or vegetables?
vegetables are the healthiest because fruit have sugar in them and you want 4 - 5 servings of veggies a day and 3 -4 fruits a day
Both are healthy.
Veggies are because they contain less sugar than fruits do, and have more fiber.
