Write down all that you have contributed to in a major way that has brought profit or recognition to the company you work for. Then arrange an appointment with your boss & have in writing your request for a raise due to your work performance over a period of time. State all facts & figures that speak of your input & leave it with him to peruse & evaluate. Also offer him something in return for it like an extra 10 minutes of your time each day to set up for the next job for the following morning which would then free up morning time. Remember 10 minutes of your time a day is worth a raise of say $1 an hour if every hour you work. Small price to pay.
Never put anyone on the spot for an important answer. They will always err on the side of caution. Ask for a reply say in a week. Ask for him to give it to you in written form explaining the discision he has come to & how he came to it.
When that arrives, if it's negative results for you, then write him again & ask how you could have presented yourself & your case in a more positive light & received a more positive outcome. Then set yourself the goal of obtaining his goals or wishes & then he may well decide you deserve a raise. Most people if they give you a raise they expect something back example. Higher sales figures, more personal investment of yourself in his company. Etc. For him to raise your pay it has to be cost effective as he doesn't want less profit when you are getting a higher wage to perform the same job that you earnt less on prior. Remember this fact.

"You mentioned the possibility of a raise after six months. Um, I was wondering if you had thought about that." Or something similar.
