Should I go on a water diet?
The water diet where I drink a glass of water before every meal. Any tips? Does it work? THANKS
You're going to have to do more than drink a glass of water with every meal to lose weight. Drinking water is healthy, so still do it, but if you are wanting to lose weight it's going to take more than just drinking a glass of water with every meal.
I don't know if a water diet helps you lose weight, but I don't see a downside to drinking a glass of water before a meal.
If you finish your meals and still feel that your stomach isn't full, drinking water may you feel more full. Beyond that, it's unlikely that the water will do much for you.
