Is it dyslexia if I look at book page for too long and the words start to come off the page

It may be a rare type but most likely yes. You should get that tested.

Perhaps not. It could be scotopic sensitivity. I would suggest an eye exam. If that is normal see an Occupational Therapist for an evaluation.

No. Dyslexia is a brain disorder where you can't properly organize letters into a word fast. It sometimes affects your math skills too.
(My mom is a Dyslexia tutor.)

No. Dyslexia is when the brain can't process the letters correctly. Lets say if the word is "hard" then the reader might read it as "harb". But if you see letters falling off the screen, you should probably see a doctor or something
