I've never been Shooshie. I've had so many surgeries on my neck and back that I have a fear if anyone tried to manipulate it, it would crumble or snap in half. But I've heard great things about it. I hope whatever is ailing you, it gives you some relief.
I'm with Bean on this one. And as for fixing my issues, YES very much so, but it did take a while since I was in bad shape. After a couple of weeks I did not see much difference, then all of a sudden I started feeling a tingling in my legs. "What was that?!" I asked. It turns out my back and hips were so screwed up that was the sensation of nerves reestablishing connectivity. Since then it has all been good.
Don't be afraid to tell them about a stupid fall on the ice or twisting your ankle while walking. A good chiropractor will take a look and fix things you didn't realize needed fixing - but you WILL feel it once they are done.
