What can I do from getting bored at the gym ?
To START is really difficult specially if you're not used to going to a gym. Try inspiring yourself with some music that appeals and awakens your senses and makes them want to rock out and dance. Change your routine daily(if you've been doing in a long time). So you can have something different to "accomplish" day by day. Having a "Gym Buddy" helps a lot too.
