Can getting cold easily and shivering a lot be a result of dieting for a long time?
I'm 15, 5'7 3/4" and 134-136 lbs. I swim competitively and eat 1600-2000 calories a day. I've been dieting for a year and a half now and gone from almost 150 to this and gained muscle mass from weightlifting so in reality I've lost about 20 lbs. I've gone through short spurts of Ana and Mia but mostly lost it through eating around 1300 calories + exercise. recently I have been having trouble staying warm... I shiver a lot . Could this be because of dieting too much? should I stop? I want to be 124.
