Yes, you can find it in the air and condense it to a liquid but cooling it.

No. Nitrogen is the most abundant element in our atmosphere. It makes up 78 percent of our atmosphere.

Nitrogen does make up the majority of our gaseous atmosphere yes, but it isn't present in water. It would probably be easier to pinpoint the most abundant resource by referring to it as it's element on the periodic table, but without knowing the answer, I'd also assume that it would be a toss up between a substance inside the Earth (eg. molten rock), or a component of water, hydrogen (because there are 2 hydrogen atoms for each oxygen atom, and I've heard the percentage of oxygen in the atmosphere is really quite small). Other than that, I'd say dirt was a pretty abundant resource, and for some people they use it for stuff, so they may consider it a resource...

I ended it with ... Pretty much coz it's just theories and I don't have a solid answer to your question soz. Also I though it may have been a bit of a dumb answer.

Ahh, semantics! The most common would be carbon. The most abundant would be oxygen. Water, water, everywhere. But not a drop to answer the question you asked!!!
