I'm female, 5'0", age 16, medium frame. I weigh 139 lb.s, i want to reach 120 lb.s by next may. Does this seem like a reasonable goal?

I'm just wondering if four or five months is a reasonable goal to lose 19 pounds. What do you think? I just want your opinions and advice. Please: only constructive comments! Please answer, thank you!

Of course. I'm your same height and age and you don't have much to lose to be of average weight for that height. Just keep eating right, don't over eat, exercise a little bit everyday and, the most important part, dedication! Don't give up and don't let people ridicule you for wanting to get in shape.

I think its a reasonably realistic goal, you just have to be strict with you schedule, and dont give up!

Yes, very reasonable. You have still 4 months to lose 19 pounds...I lost 20 pounds in 4 weeks. I am 5'11 and weight 139 pounds. I ate all veggies and fruit that I wanted and nothing with sugar or grain in it. i still do that :)

Yes, portion control; lose 1-2 pounds a week.
