Just take things lightly... Don't let stupid crap like that get to you so much. People just feed off the stereotypes. I know it's annoying because I'm in the same situation, but try not to give into it.
They're just being stupid, ignore them. Be the bigger person and don't let it get to you and don't lash back. It's a simple stereotype that people pick at blondes/blonds with. I did this when I was in, what, elementary? People need to grow up, wherever you are.

It s just one of many annoying stereotypes. There is no reason to be upset over these sort of things simply because none of them are true. They are simply just judging because they are stereotypical and most likely unintelligent.

Im not really sure what the story is behind the "dumb blonde" stuff. I know blondes who are remarkably bright and are too taking AP classes. I don't know why but, it always seems like most of the blondes that I know are quite bright and talented. I've befriended then to a pretty good level and they have aided me in my struggles in class to, and so have I for them.
I feel like the "dumb blonde" thing is wrong and stupid because there lots of blondes that are very intelligent.

its a stereotype That has gone as far as for people to have conspiracy about it. statistics, like having dark hair more people take you more seriously, see you as less clumsy, more intelligent and less Ditsy. having blonde hair was. destroyed by porn stars and actual dumb blondes. unfortunately
I think it may have something to do with the Marylin Munroe era- because she played the dumb-down facade to get things she wanted (fame/love etc.) I've read something that someone wrote about the hair pigment that is determined by the proteins in the DNA composition is completely unrelated to the functioning of that same individuals brain. Its a stereotype thing- shame on you Ms Munroe for playing a part in the stereotype, shame!
I think it's something like this. Blondes are usually associated with being pretty, always caring about their looks and becoming supermodels. So people have conjured up this thought that blondes only care about how they look and couldn't care less about their brains. But I'm dating a VERY smart blonde. It's just a myth.
