Guys who have abs what kinds of exercises did you guys do to get them which ones are more beneficial and what kind of food did you eat

I really want to accomplish to get one and i want to before spring break any tips how

Crunches eat right jump rope running
( I'm a girl but my brother made me help him workout) leg lifts get a medicine ball and act like your about to do a push up but put your hands on the ball and hold for a minute

Jogging, jump-rope, any cardio that burns of fat.

Sit ups every other day at increasing amounts.

I don't have have a 6 pack I have a KEG! Ha ha I'm kidding but sit ups work great and smoothies are good too!

I go to the gym and use a kind of bent table that doesn't kill your back when you do sit ups, but before I got a membership I would lay on really soft carpet and bring my left leg to my right elbow and then my right leg to my left elbow. I just did like 30 of those each day. I just drank a lot of protein drinks.

I am a girl but my boyfriend has a nice 8 pack he does push ups basketball and football he eats alout of meat
