How would you lose wight without gaining muscle?
You need to , when they say muscle dont think of abs and stuff . Order to lose weight ur muscle should work and will burn the fat that is on top of them .

Aerobic exercise will tone the muscle you have, but not cause you to grow (much) more. It will help you lose weight.
Jumping jacks...tons of them...will Burn fat..and only "Strengthen" muscles... ( perfect payoff..)
