I should be sleeping, but I don't want to, what should I do?

I have to get up at 7:30 tomorrow so I should be asleep, (it's 1:19) but I'm not tired and I'm to anxious, what do I do?

oh first thing is GOTO bed :) and think of a song and keep singing it to yourself until you go to sleep.
