What does it mean when someone calls you Stephano?

My friend called me Stephano, and I don't know what that means. "Hey Stephano" she says. I never really asked her what "Stephano" means, so what DOES it mean?

Is she a bro (sis?) Cause Stephano is the name Pewdiepie gave a golden statue. But that might not be the reason at all...

Yeah, we're both girls (females). I call her sis, and she calls me Stephano. I already found out that it means brother, so thanks for answering! Following, and have you seen Pewdiepie scribblenauts? A few words. It. Is. Hilarious! You should check it out some time on YouTube!
