What are some way to eat healthy?
Truly I'm a couch potato that eats nothing but junk food and I am actually skinny (I don't have a fast metabolism) :pThe one thing you can change in your everyday diet is getting rid of soda, juice, etc. and just drink water
Buy healthier food
Drink lots of water eat lots if fruits and take multivitamins
Try more healthy foods until you find some that you like
obviously eat heathy and eat small amounts of food (healthy snacks/meals) every 2 to 3 hours so your metabolism will burn the fat
