I just came back from the gym. and all of a sudden my belly button area started hurting.

i just came back from the gym. all of a sudden my bellly button are felt like if it was cramping but at the same time being stabbed. what could it be.?

If you overdid it at the gym, it could be hernia. Especially if you were doing legs, and didn't use all your legs (flexed from the waist). It helps to wear a belt.

Probably pulled a muscle.

i doubt it. it doesnt feel like a pulled muscle. it hurts when i stand up and breath deep

I've felt something like that a couple times and it was always after I'd done something physically exerting... doubt mine was a hernia but maybe you should go to the doctor if it dosent go away.

Either your body isn't used to that much exercise or you pulled a muscle
