Lol.. Well if I were you, id talk to the brother first and be like.."i dont want to hurt your sisters feelings at all, i just dont think me and her are gonna work out, are we still cool or what?" (Idk how guys talk) and then if he says yeah then just tell your gf nicely that its not gonna work out.

You will have to talk to her brother about it since the two of you are buddies. let him know why you wish to break up with his sister. Then, after you are done with him, you can now face your girlfriend and talk to her about it. Good luck because it's not going to be an easy task.
