What is the best way to cook fish?

Report as

If by best you mean most delicious, then battered and deep fried. :) Ahhh, do that to a nice big piece of flounder or drumfish and I'll be in heaven. Now if by best you mean healthiest, then you should probably broil it. :)

Yea...Once you learn Sous Vide, there really isn't much comparison to any other kind of traditional cooking... I built one of these: http://www.instructables.com/id/Sous-vide-cooker-for-less-than-40/#step1
