I'm 13 and i weigh 135 pounds. i want to lose weight. my thighs are huge, and my stomach had a lot of fat on it! I hate it.... Please give me some ways to lose weight fast.....

I know how you feel! After putting on a freshman 50 (instead of a freshman 15), in my last year of college I decided I needed to finally do something about my weight, so I started learning everything I could about exercise and weight loss. Between Christmas and graduation I ended up losing over 60 pounds. As a side effect, I also became irreparably hooked on working out. I became a trainer, got certified as a weight loss coach, and had the privilege of helping dozens of clients lose weight.

However, as a trainer in a gym, I could only train so many clients in a day (largely because most of them wanted to train at the same time of day), so I started a website so I can train clients online, from their own homes, without needing any equipment.

work out, but it all depends on ur height the taller u are the more u way and muscle ways more then fat for a 13 year old 50-60 is healthy for height of 155-165

First take some time to ponder how you gained that weight.
What are you putting in your mouth? Junk food? Sweets? Soda pop?

And what do you do for exercise? Or do you just Lay around watching tv, reading, playing with electronics?
Once you know this, you can seriously think about what needs changing.

Weight loss is not just about food; it's a lifestyle. You are at a good age to make life long changes!
