Write down what you eat, in order to bring to attention what you should limit/cut out of your diet. Find out how many calories are needed for you based on your age, gender, height, weight and other traits. In order to lose weight, you need to cut 500 or more calories from how many calories you need. For example, if you need 1,800 calories, and you only eat 1,200 than you still need 600 calories. Your body goes to stored fat when you need extra calories, and that is how you lose weight. Also, get a lot of exercise and stay fit! Good luck!
