Why do you cry when you're upset?
You're just so overcome with emotion. Like, I never really cry when I'm sad, the waterworks usually come when I'm like shaking with anger. But I'm sure that brain chemicals have something to do with this.
It is called emotions.
It is an involuntary stress release.
It is a release for stress.
Its like your overpowered with some type of depretion and emotion ... and it mostly comes with anger and sadness because of all the emotion in you?you know what i mean?/
Tears are for God to save in bottles.
I once read that shedding releases some kind of hormone which helps calm us. Sorry I can't remember more.
