How to lose my weight quickly aged 50 ?

1. throw out all junk food
2. Consume healthy foods.
3. Calories are units of energy, people eat food for energy.
4. people burn off the calories by moving around and being active.
5. If a person consumes more calories than they can burn of while doing there daily routine it turns into excess weight.
6. Exercise to burn unnecessary caloric in take.
7. depending on what your allergic to carbohydrates such as fruits and vegtables are good to but there must also be protein in the diet so peanut butter sandwhichs are good to on grain bread.
8. Also spread small meals through out the day 7 small meals is what I do because I snack, having a couple big meal I think slows the body's metabolic rate and cause excess calories that can not be burned off fast enough.

If you're 50, you should know by now that there is no "quick and easy and fast" solution to anything worthwhile.

The quickest way to lose weight is always surgery.

But unless you change your diet and exercise habits, that weight will come back quickly.
