How do I keep my pound cake from cracking when I dump it onto a board (all the way around)?

Looks beautiful in the Bundy pan, I let it slightly cool ( it sinks in the pan) or I immediately dump it and then it sinks in on itself.

give more time to cool off. then put a plate on top of the pan and invert the whole thing at once. tap around the top of the pan several times with a knife and shake it gently. the whole cake should come out whole.

Well that's your problem. You don't let it cool. Keep it on a rack until it is cool and then dump it
