Am I reading this right? You are leaving, as in moving away? So you want her to put her life on hold while you leave and move on? She is still going to be your friend but if you are not there for her everyday and there to witness stuff she is going to need that from someone. As you move on you will find someone else to hang with as well.

Find new friends. You cannot last with one friend. And you should know the saying if you love something set it free if it loves you it will come back. But DO NOT i repeat DO NOT bring it up to her. Because then she can use the excuse " I'm aloud to hangout with people other then you".

Support her/him and put the "little green" monster (jealousy) aside. After all she is your BFF and understand that life tends to lead each of us on different paths and journeys.
