i need to lose about 10 pounds in 2 weeks. anyone have a link for a diet plan?
Well loosing that much in 2 weeks isn't healthy. like 5 pounds to 7 pounds is good. Eat healthy and work out a lot. Watch carbs because those can have you gain wait instead of loosing it. drink lots and lots of water because that keeps you fuller.
