What is a good way to break up with your girlfriend

she is great in all but her terex sedrume is really getting out of hand she threw things at me like glasses and I cant do it anymore

Do you mean she has "turrets syndrome"? There is no cure for this, only treatments, so you either need to learn to deal with it or move on. Rathkeale's answer is the most sound.

Plus...according to your question 5 days ago, you like someone that already has a boyfriend....I am assuming you are about 14 or 15 years old. You do not need to be with a person that has TS as you are not emotionally capable at that young an age to be handling a relationship with this type of obstacle.

Just explain it to her and then walk away, you do not need to be putting up with that sort of behaviour.

Well you could try and make it work, if you love her, it's up to you really.

Maybe take her to get some help?

Well look at it like this; if you can't put up with it, drop her, it's better than to live a lie and be unhappy isn't it?

yea true but how im gunna find another gf

Well don't think about that at the moment, geezus, focus on getting out of this one and then just take it slow into another one, no need to rush into things, take the chance to see what's on offer.

So, are you breaking up with her because of the violence and tourettes syndrome or because you already like somebody else? (based on one of your other questions) If that's the case that you already like somebody else tell her that. Honesty is always best. If its the tourettes, tell her that. If it's both tell her that. She was mature enough to have a boyfriend, she is mature enough to hear the truth. You don't have to be mean about it, just be honest. If she wants to remain friends, fine. If she doesn't, that is on her.

I see, but it's not about first gf's it's about your time .right? And you want to let her down easily, so you have a valid reason if you are getting busy with school activities or work etC..Know what I mean?

Say that 'the recent violence indicates that you don't make each other happy enough to be together. '
Wish her well, that she's a great person, but that you need a zero-tolerance rule in your life.
Then leave right away. Block her number and texts. Ask other people not to talk to you about her.
You are doing the right thing.

If she is "throwing things" I don't think that is from Tourettes Syndrome. Tourette's involves motor and vocal "tics". It causes one to have involuntary jerks physically, and to speak inappropriate words (cussing when they shouldn't). If she is mature enough to have been in a relationship with you, she is mature enough to hear the truth. Tell her that her illness (which isn't her fault) is something that you are not ready to deal with at this stage in your life. Just because she has tourettes syndrome does not give her the right to become violent under any circumstances. Go to the link below, and you will see that violence is not a side effect of tourettes syndrome. I have had patients with this disease, and I only had one get violent, and it had nothing to do with the illness. Good Luck
