If you have asthma then yes, if not I'd say the hard to breathe bit is a little worrying, not like any flu I've seen any normal person with anyways. (I am asthmatic and I sometimes find it hard to breathe when I have a flu. :) )
Hope you feel better soon!! Dayquil/Nyquil are both good for those symptoms. Dayquil is a "non" drowsy formula, and Nyquil will help you rest at night. I would watch closely the "hard to breathe when standing" part. That could be the beginning of pneumonia.
