Can I Workout Yet & Workout Ideas?
I usually don't miss a workout, besides the "rest day", but the last two weeks of school (before winter break) I didn't workout at all b/c the first week we were reviewing rigorously for finals & the next week was finals so, still studying & I didn't have any time. I'm a freshman so I took them very seriously....anyway break started already and 3 days ago I FINALLY had the time to workout again and unfortunately the next day my legs were so sore. UGH, just my luck right? It's been two days and they are still kinda sore so can I workout yet or what? I really don't want to delay the healing process-thing anymore or get an even worse injury but everyday I don't workout my full body I feel like my workout is pointless....Also, do you know any good workouts that don't have vigorous leg work in it?
