Insanity works well, you don't need anything for it, except the DVD and a floor. I got bored of working out, so I stopped doing it, but now and then I do 40 push ups and 150 sit-ups just to keep warmed up. You should try either of these, but slowly increase the amount of push ups and sit-ups each day.
I personally do volleyball, it helps you keep in shape not so much in the game playing but with all the training you do, your arms and legs will build in strength also the positions that you have to stay in sometimes are quite tiring.
I need almost daily cardio to keep my weight under control (in fact, I need more cardio because the holidays have my weight spinning out of control, lol). I love workout DVDs, and I recommend them often here on ASK. They are dirt cheap and you can use them in the privacy of your own home no matter what the weather is like.
weight machines, weight classes, treadmill, flow class (yoga, pilates & tai chi combined), Step class, isometric class, CX class (resistence).....I mix it up but always do 2 hours of something 6 days a week.
