I have a windows 7 ultimate 64-bit and it has a major virus on it, I need help! (Read desc.)

it still boots up but it stays on for like 10 mins. and shuts off I don't have a boot disk but I do have access to the Internet on it. PLEASE HELP!

When you boot up, right after the BIOS screen, start tapping F8. It will bring up a menu. Arrow to Safe Mode with Networking. That will prevent the virus from starting when its loaded up. Then download an antivirus and run a full system scan.

I did that but the virus doesn't show up cause its imbedded into the software

You need a better antivirus. Virtually all viruii are embedded in other files. It doesn't stop a good antivirus from finding an infected file. My silver bullet is the Kaspersky Boot CD. You would boot into the disk, instead of Windows, and Kaspersky is the best.

I've tried that Norten avast avg and I'm gonna get vipre after I get it fixed

Try the Kaspersky Boot CD. BTW, Norton is a horribly written peice of trash. They can't even build their own uninstaller right. Not to mention the HUGE lawsuit that Symantic went through for releasing users info.

The best thing to do is to install an antivirus program, and then immediately update it online. Once updated, perform a full virus scan on your computer to help you detect and delete the viruses.
