Why do SOME girls focus mainly on certain aspects to attract a guys' attention? and then get mad when guys stare?

i'm talking the B00b and Butt area.it makes no sense at all.

Most girls love guys, but when they start staring at their.... "Zone," they think that they're perverts and also, they think that the guy isn't paying attention to a word that they're saying, which makes them very mad.
