Do male cats still spray after they are neutered?

and don't give me this moral obligation crap it's not for me my friends house is starting to stink.

They might to mark their territory or to show dominance. All of my cats stopped after being neutered but its not unheard of for them to continue spraying.

yes it is crap...because it's waisted breath. He is already getting neutered. I just wanted a freaking answer to my question without an opinion that has nothing to do with what I asked. Or did you not have an answer but just had to make a comment?

If they are neutered as adults they may urinate to mark territory or show stress. They may also go through the motions shooting blanks, so to speak.

They sometimes do; all cats will spray if under stress; think their territory needs to be defended, etc... But they are far less likely to. The cat may be stressed, or have a medical problem. I'd take it to the vet, to find out if it is either of these problems. Was a new cat just introduced to the household?

I had a cat and he didn't spray after he was neutured but the reason your friends house is smelling because he could've sprayed before he was neutured and they can't find the spot
