What if a cigarette has no chemicals added, can this still cause a cancer to form

Yeh, nicotine and tar are still terrible things, and there is a lot more chemicals than just those -- even with no additives.

Even if there are no chemicals added, you are still inhaling tobacco smoke directly into your lungs, which is not healthy.

With no chemicals added at all, tobacco is naturally poisonous - so much so if you ate a regular pack, you would die. There are over 5,000 known chemical fractions in a healthy tobacco leaf and most of them are proven carcinogens. That means that all these naturally occurring pure chemicals are capable of causing cancerous growths. The nicotine is a useful (and desirable) brain stimulant, but the tar is so poisonous, you can't even afford to touch it.

Listen to the doc, American Spirit tobacco is still poisonous.
