How can I download paid games in ipad using CYDIA after jail breaking ?

You will have to get installous on your iPad. Open your Cydia and click Source> Edit> Add Source and then cydia.hackulo.us. You will then into search and search for Installous and install it. You will then use it to search and download the games. You can also check out for other options.
