I think what ever you have done it may be just out of spontaneous reaction hope you will think about it when you calm down. I know that " The most important time to hold your temper when the other person has lost it."
It's not really sophisticated to have a pre-planned comeback. It must be spur of the moment. It is usually better to just rise above it and move on. If you do not care, then they have lost their ability to hurt you.
I realize this will tax what sparse endowment you carry, but give a mighty try at grasping this. In life when climbing mountains one occasionally finds it necessary to direct falling pedestrians. If you are incapable of this perhaps your best course would be to lie back and take in the passing points of interest, you will eventually find your level.
