is there any way to get my legs thicker ?

my upper body looks build ,but my lower body looks funny lol

Do some leg workouts. Its just about the opposite with me, my legs are strong as hell but my upper body isn't.

Squats are good for all leg muscles. Front squats are good for quads. Romanian deadlifts are good for hamstrings, Deadlifts help some to.
