Well, what are you hungry for? Do you like to be creative with your cooking? Look up recipes that have the ingredients you have with you. Or if you don't like to cook, eat what smells/looks good to you.
If you have fresh fruit on hand, slice a variety and arrange them on a plate. When I'm really hungry, it helps to make the food look good as well as taste good. I love the colors of different fruits as well as the tastes. It's just not the best time to buy lots of different kinds of fruit here.
