If you never sleep, you'd be dead, as your body needs sleep to continue functioning properly. However some people seem to function on less sleep than others, so even if you are only getting a few hours here and there, it might be enough (for now) to keep you going. If you are really concerned, you should definitely talk to your doctor, so that they can look into any possible sleep disorders, or other conditions that might be causing your lack of sleep.
This is basically your schedule before bed: 4:00 PM: Finish your last sweet thing, don't eat any more sweet things after 4:00. No internet after this time! 4:30 PM: Take a jog around your neighborhood. 5:00 PM: Do some calm stretches, or yoga, if you prefer. 5:30 PM: Eat a light dinner and don't have any dessert. 6:00 PM: Take a warm, soothing bath (if you're a shower person, try the bathtub out!) with no fragrance. 6:30 PM: Get into comfy PJ's and put on some slippers. Drink some water, but don't drink water later than this time! 7:00 PM: Get into your bed and read a book that you like. 8:00 PM: Do another stretching session. 8:30 PM: Dim the lights and get into an interesting daydream. 9:00 PM: Put on calming music. Start counting sheep. Hope this works!
