I never had to pay a dime to jailbreak my phone using cydia from past experience.

However im not sure if there is any new jailbreak with the new ios version as i had jailbroken it with the old ios version.

Jailbreaks are free. If you jailbroke to get free apps u wasted ur time because the creaters of that app hav deleted it and it does not work anymore
