If you sign a contract in PA, but the contract binds you to the "state" instead of commonwealth, is the contract void?
I rented about 5 months ago from a now known slumlord, and my experience has been a nightmare. I've noticed many qualms about our lease and even if it's still valid she's broken her terms of agreement. At the bottom of said lease she bound us by the "State of Pennsylvania" but no such state exists since we are under a commonwealth. Would this make the agreement null and void?
