Maybe they should both go to counseling and try to make it better!

he will not kill himself i promise but if she really believes he will tell her not to judge him by his handsomness or money but by the inside like the heArt that really cares

Him "threatening" is NOT her problem. It's just a way to control and manipulate her. IF he does commit suicide it won't be because of her. It's not healthy and she should leave. That isn't love yo.

Then leave its just a head game I've been there also if it's not I've been there and it's not your problem just call the ambulance and let them know he will be put in the hospital for 72 hrs of help and you can get your life straight trust me worth it who knows he may even change enough you might want him back

There is nothing you can do about people who say that sort of thing. I was in an abuse relationship and he threatened to kill himself 2 years ago. He never did. Sometimes it's a load of bull*, sometimes not. But she has no OBLIGATION to stay with him. There are too many people on this planet to let one person make you miserable.

Not always. I was friends with a guy in H.S. that told me and my BFF that he was going to kill himself all the time. Finally, my BFF had had enough and told him, "shut the f--- up and do it then!" Yeah. He's still alive, It was just a ploy to manipulate.

Have you tried calling the police? I once know someone in a relationship like this, and he did kill himself eventually, right in front of her, too. Suicide is illegal, so you can call the police, I believe.

She/you needs to leave, there's no reason to put up with that. Do it in as nice a way as possible though, maybe ask to be just freinds for a while

Just tell her to break up with him. He's a coward anyways. My best friend has been in a relationship like this and he threatened to kill himself if she left, she still broke up with him and he never did.

If he kills himself because she leaves, that is NOT HER FAULT!!!!
Your friend needs to just leave when he is not home. leave him a note saying why she doesn't want to be in the relationship, or dont. and get the heck out of there! Don't try counseling or a therapist! that's stupid! Refer him to a mental health facility.

Your friend desperately needs to leave this man! Especially if she doesn't want to be in the relationship!
Remember! "If" he kills himself, over her leaving, that is NOT HER FAULT!!!!
Good Luck! :)

If she is willing, she should have friends and family come and move her out. Do not let her be alone with him during this time. Once manipulators like this guy lose the control they so crave, they can be quite volatile. It is ultimately her decision. Just be there for support.

With support of family and friends she should be able to walk away. If necessary police should be involved. As long as she has a place to turn, get away, the hardest part is over.
